Accounts Payable Clerk

Monday to Friday - 8.45am to 5pm
We're looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team to assist with accounting and analytical support to the Ledger Controller, Finance Team, the corporate, central services, marketing business units and wider business.

The Role
As our Accounts Payable Clerk you will have overall responsibility for the Accounts Payable process. You will help prepare and manage monthly and mid month payment runs and process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely. You will be responsible for managing incoming queries from colleagues and customers and assisting with year end audit preparation, whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
You'll work closely with colleagues across departments, so strong communication and a collaborative approach are essential.
What are we looking for?
This is an exciting opportunity suited to someone with a finance background. You'll be qualified, part-qualified, or have significant relevant experience. Strong IT skills in Excel and financial systems, along with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial procedures. You'll need excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and a proven ability to support a busy finance team.
