Digital Marketing Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering digital marketing initiatives that drive brand objectives and sales growth for Adnams. This will be achieved through creativity and innovation across a variety of marketing platforms including Adnams' website, social media and email marketing, ensuring the brand messaging is cohesive and consistent throughout.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has a great understanding of digital marketing strategies, but who can also support the wider marketing team with a range of marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will have line management responsibilities for our Social Media and Website teams and will work closely with our Head of Marketing, Head of Brand & Trade Marketing and Hospitality & Retail Marketing Manager to meet team objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
· Leading the Digital Marketing team in developing brand content in line with Adnams brand guidance and marketing strategy (e.g. blog posts, videos, photography, copywriting), ensuring digital comms are of high-quality, are engaging, and resonate with target audiences.
· Inspire and provide guidance to your team, fostering an engaging and collaborative working environment and drives performance and growth.
· Ensure consistency and excellence in brand messaging across all content, from website copy to social media posts to video content.
· Create and implement both short and long-term digital brand strategies and plans that support the sales of Adnams products and increase customer reach.
· Oversee the execution of both organic and paid campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
· Ensure the brand's visual identity is in line with brand guidelines across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent tone of voice and communication and seamless customer experience.
· Ensure timely responses to customers via digital messaging in line with Adnams tone of voice.
· To develop your own, and the team's, knowledge by active involvement in training and knowledge sharing.
· Maintain an active awareness of current industry trends to bring new ideas and innovations to the team and wider business.
