The Adnams flagship shop and Cafe is situated in the heart of Southwold at the end of the high street and just on the corner of Victoria Street. The team provide amazing service every day to our regular customers and to the thousands of visitors to the town. The cafe is busy all year round, but especially in the summer when the courtyard is sunny and peaceful. There's only a handful of customer parking spaces at the shop but free parking is only a short walk away on the Common or in the near by streets.
Assistant Store Manager, Southwold (42 hours per week)
Our shops house a wide range of Adnams products including our award-winning beers, wines and handcrafted spirits, as well as homeware and food ranges. We are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Flagship shop and cafe in Southwold.
As our Flagship Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Retail team to create the best vision of Adnams in collaboration with key business stakeholders; inspiring store team members to promote our ranges of beers wines and spirits while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager in inspiring and developing a large, high performing team to meet the needs of future company growth, whilst always acting with integrity. The ideal candidate will have retail experience and the commercial capability to generate sales and deliver on sales targets.
